Thiago Alcantara, the Spain’s Bayern Munich midfielder has suffered another injury on his problematic right knee again when playing against England. This latest injury has forced him to withdraw from the European champions’ squad on the friendly match against Belgium on Tuesday.
When playing against England in Alicante, Thiago had to stop through the first half round. An official medical report mentioned that he has suffered swelling on the media collateral ligament.
The young midfielder, 24 years old this year, has been repeatedly having multiple injuries on his knee and ankle, which made him missing the World Cup final rounds in Brazil last year since he needed to go for a knee operation.
Thiago himself twitted on Sunday that he will be out just for several weeks.
